When an employee may have been exposed to COVID-19 on the worksite, quick and effective notifications can help slow the spread of the infection, enable exposed employees to obtain treatment, and inform the exposed as to potential benefits that may be available to them. The following templates are provided to help businesses notify employees and others of such exposure. These are provided for educational purposes only and should be adjusted to your needs and circumstances.
Two notification templates follow, one designed to the requirements of California’s new notification law and one for general purposes. Both notices are available as templates in Logikcull Hold.
