Logikcull is excited to announce that cloud-software executive Patrick Barry has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Barry will play a crucial role in fulfilling Logikcull’s mission to reduce the costs and risks inherent in litigation and to democratize discovery. He will also guide the company’s go-to-market strategy and lead the scaling of the business team.
Barry brings decades of experience to Logikcull at a time in which the company is experiencing rapid growth. His storied career in the technology sector stretches from his start as an attorney in Silicon Valley through two decades and change spent guiding a wide variety of technology and SaaS companies. Prior to joining Logikcull, Barry ran a SaaS operational consulting practice, working closely with technology leaders on issues such as team management, corporate culture, planning and team development.
Before that, he was VP and GM of the Demandforce business at Intuit, leading a $100-million-revenue SaaS division serving small businesses in the services sector. Having joined Demandforce as a startup, Patrick was the company’s CMO, leading marketing, business development and product through the scaling phase and, ultimately, to the $400 million acquisition of the company by Intuit in 2012.
And before that, Barry perfected his yodeling as a a VP and GM at Yahoo!, in addition to other roles in tech startups and investing.
“In Patrick, we are adding an individual with exceptional character, leadership ability, and talent,” Logikcull co-founder and CEO Andy Wilson says. “His experience and guidance will be crucial as we continue to develop the people, processes and platforms needed to grow a world-class company.”
If you’d like to join Patrick, or any of the rest of the Logikcull team—and why wouldn’t you—you can. The COO role might be taken, but Logikcull is still hiring for more than 20 open positions.
