This Privacy Policy applies to the logikcull.com web site and the Logikcull service application ("Services") available at app.logikcull.com/login (collectively, "Sites"), owned and operated by Logik Systems, Inc. (collectively, "Logikcull","we", "us", or "our"). Logikcull is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust with respect to the information Logikcull collects from you.

 

This Privacy Policy explains when and how Logikcull collects personal data, sets forth the information Logikcull collects about you, how Logikcull uses this information, and the choices you have about how Logikcull uses such information. A separate agreement governs delivery, access and use of the Services ("Terms of Service"), including the processing of any data, files or other content submitted by a customer or its users through such customer's or its user's use of the Services (collectively, "Hosted Data"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to Hosted Data. Each customer entering into the Terms ofService controls their instance of the Services and any associated Hosted Data.

 

By accessing or using the Logikcull Site or Services or otherwise disclosing information to Logikcull, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Collection of information

 

Logikcull may collect and receive your personal data in a variety of ways:

 

Information You Provide Directly to Us

We collect personal data you provide directly to us, for example, when you fill out a form on our site or request to be contacted by us.The types of information we may collect include: 

  • Account Information. Logikcull may request users of the Sites and Services to provide personal data such as name, email address; and business information such as company name and address.
  • Transaction Information. If you purchase a paid version of the Services or enter into another transaction with Logikcull, Logikcull may collect information about the Services or other transaction you engage us for and your billing information, including transaction records and correspondence with you; however, we do not collect or store payment card information and our third party payment processor processes all transactions.
  • Your Requests. Logikcull may collect personal information from you when you fill out a form for a specific request or otherwise choose to provide information through a “contact us” feature, for example, your name, address, email and phone number, including in connection with inquiring for employment opportunities under the Sites “Career” page.
  • Messaging with Logikcull. The Sites and Services may provide you with messaging capabilities for your use. These communications or posts, can be collected, correlated and used by specific third parties.

 

InformationWe Collect Automatically

When you access or use the Services or the Site, the types of information we may automatically collect about you include:

  • Service Data. When you interact with the Services and Sites, metadata is generated and gathered automatically that provides additional context about the way you work. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on Logikcull's sites (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data in order to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the Sites. Whether Logikcull collects some or all of this Service Data often depends on the type of device used and your settings.
  • Device Information. Logikcull collects information about devices accessing or using the Services and Sites, including type of device, what operating system is used, devise settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers and crash data.

Logikcull and its partners use cookies or similar technologies in the Services and Sites to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track users' movements within theSites, and to gather demographic information. Logikcull collects information automatically regarding your use of the Sites through the use of cookies.Cookies are unique alphanumeric identifiers sent to your browser from a website's computers and stored on your computer. Information We Collect From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from other sources, such as third parties (lead generation sources) from whom we obtain data, and combine this data with information we already have about you. This helps us to update, expand and analyze our records, identify new customers, and provide products and services that may be of interest to you.Examples of the types of personal information that may be obtained from third parties and combined with information we already have about you, may include contact information such as name, email business address, and phone number.

Logikcull may use the information in furtherance of Logikcull's legitimate interests in operating Logikcull's Sites, Services and business. More specifically, Logikcull may use information:

  • For site and system administration such as for the technical support of the Sites, Services and its computer systems, including processing computer account information, information used in the course of securing and maintaining the Sites and Services, and verification of activity on the Sites and Services by Logikcull or its agents.
  • To conduct research and development to enhance, evaluate, and improve the Sites and Services, including monitoring and analyzing trends, usage and activities in connection with the Site and Services.
  • As required by applicable law, legal process or regulation.
  • To develop and provide additional tools and features for the Sites and Services.

  • For billing, account management and other administrative matters. Logikcull may need to contact you for invoicing, account management and similar reasons and Logikcull uses account data to administer accounts and keep track of billing and payments.
  • To investigate and help prevent security issues and abuse, and to detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and protect the rights and property of Logikcull and others.

Aggregated and de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual, does not constitute personal information. Such de-identified and/or aggregated information which does not identify individuals is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

We may keep your information for as long as is necessary for our business purposes and to protect ourselves in the event of a legal claim.

 

Sharing of Information

 

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

 

  • With our corporate affiliates, parents and/or subsidiaries (if any), including ServiceData.
  • With partners, vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work or perform services on our behalf, for example storing and processing data, providing marketing assistance, email and. chat services and contract management.
  • With third party businesses to provide you with information about products and services that may be useful to you.
  • In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, rule, regulation or legal process.
  • Logikcull will release account and other personal data when Logikcull believes release is appropriate to comply with applicable laws; enforce or apply Logikcull's Terms of Service; or protect the rights, property or safety of Logikcull's customers or others.
  • In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets or any business, other change of control transaction or financing.
  • Other than as set out above, Logikcull will provide you notice when your Information may be shared with a third party, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share such Information.

 

Logikcull may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you and is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third-party links on our site. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party’s website. We have no control over these linked sites. Each third-party site has its own separate and independent privacy policies and practices, including in connection with their use or disclosure of information you disclose to them. In the event you choose to access such websites, Logikcull is not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties. This includes getting rick-rolled (up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, b, a). Logikcull recommends that you check the applicable privacy policy, including, with respect to cookies, of such third-party before submitting any information to them.

 

Third-Party Analytics Services

We may work with certain third parties to collect, analyze, and use some of the information described in this Privacy Policy. For example, we may allow third parties to set cookies or use web beacons on the Sites or in email communications from us. The information collected by third parties using these technologies may be used to engage in analysis and reporting. These third parties may set and access cookies on your computer or other device and may collect information about your online activities across different websites or services over time, including on websites and mobile applications that are not owned or operated by Company. In particular, the Sites may use Google Analytics to help collect and analyze certain information for the purposes discussed above. Logikcull's Commitment to Data Security

The security and confidentiality of your information is important to Logikcull. Logikcull works hard to protect information you provide from loss, misuse or unauthorized access or disclosure, and follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal data submitted to Logikcull, both during transmission and once it is received. Logikcull has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. The information about each user is stored on servers that are behind a firewall and physically housed within secure data centers. Furthermore, Logikcull's internal practices help protect your privacy by limiting employee access to and use of information on a permissions-based and role-specific basis. Given the nature of communications and information processing technology, Logikcull cannot guarantee that information, during transmission or while stored on Logikcull's systems or otherwise in its care, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others. It is important that you protect against unauthorized access to your account information and to your computer. Data Retention

 

Logikcull retains Hosted Data in accordance with your instructions as defined in applicable terms in the Terms ofService or, where applicable, other services agreements, or as otherwise required by applicable law.


Logikcull may retain other information, including Service Data, for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services, to comply with Logikcull's legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our contracts(including with you), and thereafter, Logikcull shall destroy or delete such information.Notwithstanding the foregoing, Logikcull may keep any information to the extent such information is pseudonymized or as otherwise necessary for our business purposes.   • Third-Party Advertising (Including Collection through Cookies). Logikcull partners with a third party to manage Logikcull's advertising on other sites. Logikcull's third party partner may use cookies or similar technologies in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you wish to opt out of interest-based advertising click here. Please note you will continue to receive generic ads.
  • Receipt of Marketing Emails. You may opt out of marketing or promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email we send you.
  • Push Notifications. With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device or within our mobile applications.
  • Collection of Location Information. If you are a client of one of Logikcull's customers and would no longer like to be contacted by one of Logikcull's customers that uses Logikcull's Service or if you wish to request the removal of personal data under their control, please contact the customer who you interact with directly.

 

Children Under the Age of 13

Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on theSite. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Sites are hosted in the United States and are subject to U.S. law.
