Logikcull may collect and receive Hosted Data and Service Data ("Service Data", Hosted Data and Service Data, collectively referred to as "Information") in a variety of ways:
Hosted Data : Customers and Customer's users routinely upload Hosted Data to Logikcull when using the Services. Customers and Customer's users control what Hosted Data is submitted to the Services, and may choose not to submit Hosted Data.

Generally, no one is under a statutory or contractual obligation to provide any Information. However, certain Information is collected automatically. Additionally, if certain Information is not provided by you, such as setup details or billing information, Logikcull may be unable to provide the Services and/or Sites.
Logikcull uses the Information that you provide for completion and support of the activity for which the information was provided, such as allowing access to or delivery of Logikcull's products or Services or responding to your requests or inquiries, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Logikcull is committed to participate in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, Logikcull is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. Within the scope of this privacy notice, if a privacy complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through Logik Systems Inc.’s internal processes, Logik Systems Inc. has agreed to participate in the VeraSafe Privacy Shield Dispute Resolution Procedure. Subject to the terms of the VeraSafe Privacy Shield Dispute Resolution Procedure, VeraSafe will provide appropriate recourse free of charge to you. To file a complaint with VeraSafe under the Privacy Shield Dispute Resolution Procedure, please submit the required information to VeraSafe here: https://verasafe.com/public-resources/dispute-resolution/submit-dispute/. Alternatively, you may also refer a complaint to your local data protection authority and Logikcull will work with them to resolve your concern. In certain circumstances, the Privacy Shield Framework provides the right to invoke binding arbitration to resolve complaints not resolved by other means, as described in Annex I to the Privacy Shield Principles.
Logikcull retains Hosted Data in accordance with your instructions as defined in applicable terms in the Terms of Service or, where applicable, other services agreements, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Logikcull may retain your Service Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services, comply with Logikcull's legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, and thereafter, Logikcull shall destroy or delete such Service Data within 18 months, unless otherwise required for business purposes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Logikcull may keep any data after the periods set forth in this section to the extent such data is pseudonymized or as necessary for business purposes. International data transfers
Data protection law in certain jurisdictions differentiates between the "controller" and "processor" of information. In general, you are the controller of Hosted Data and Logikcull is the processor of Hosted Data and controller of Service Data.
Logikcull uses several safeguards if Logikcull transfers Information originating from the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom to other countries not deemed adequate under applicable data protection law:
Logikcull has adopted acceptable data transfer mechanisms pursuant to the requirements of applicable international law, including the GDPR, to ensure that any handled Information originating from the foregoing states will be protected with technical and organizational security measures sufficient to meet the legal standards of the European Union, such as the EU standard contractual clauses for data transfers (see here).

You may choose to receive email-based and in-application messages from Logikcull related to things such as the completion of a processing job, project creations or deletions, collaborative communications from a user within your account, or product updates. If you would like to discontinue receiving this information, you may update your email preferences by using the "Unsubscribe" link found in the emails Logikcull sends to you or by changing your notification preferences by clicking the "My Settings" link from within the application.
